It's a sword he can summon shaped like a giant banana.
I MEAN WHAT ELSE CAN I PUT HERE, REALLY
it does actually do hp damage by giving +36 strength base, but in Days that's hardly anything. so if Isa does ever attack you with it, it won't do anything more than make you go WTF DUDE YOU JUST HIT ME WITH A BANANA NOT COOL
also you can't eat it, I am sorry x:( and unfortunately since Isa hasn't unlocked Berserker, the banana won't split like it does in-game, but obviously this means when he gets that skill back someone should hide his regular Claymore so he's forced to use this one instead.
this is the best thing square-enix has ever done, it's okay
