Skill: Lunar Affinity - Saïx's affinity towards all things moon-related

The explanation for this is a little wonky! See, every member of Organization XIII has some kind of "theme", which is usually referred to as an elemental affinity. Axel's got fire, Vexen's got ice, Larxene's got electricity, etc. However, there are some members of the Org whose "element"... isn't an element at all, but is more focused on the affinity side of things. (I am still a bit perplexed as to how Xemnas's affinity can be "Nothingness", but that's another issue)
Saïx's affinity is the moon. HOW DOES THIS WORK? Well, it's a little unclear in canon, but basically it makes him stronger by allowing him to channel energy through it. This means he will be able to actually fight now! His strength and speed aren't 100% but it's a great boost to his ability to pound faces in quickly and efficiently. This does mean that he'll be much better suited to fighting during the night, but if he focuses enough on it during the day he can still regain a little bit of that power back--just not nearly as much.
SIDE EFFECTS: The moon makes Saïx tweak out. It's great for a power boost but he becomes... a little obsessive as a result. x:'D His features look sharper, too.
